As you can see, on the previous page,I have incorporated a "pieced" Flying Geese sashing into the design as well! It was not in my original design, but as I was working on the frames the long, skinny rectangle shape of the inner frame created an optical illusion and the quilt seemed long and skinny as well. To compensate for this, I relied on the folk art style itself and added the sashing in between the rows. You decide....
The pattern includes a full size pattern, templates for the Flying Geese sashing, applique instructions and yardage requirements for one block and the whole quilt.
