Every once and a while there is a design that I wish I had more time to work on.... This medallion Baltimore style quilt is just one of those pieces. It has been in and out of storage for quite a few years. Sixteen blocks surround this medallion center, alternating between reverse motifs and vases or baskets.
Shaded fabric with oil paint gives that aged glow, two shades of beads along the frame edge and lots of ideas for finishing the blocks.... I'll get there!
